Role Overview

As AI Business Analyst, you will lead EVOLVE’s rapid prototyping and adoption of AI-enabled workflows, tools, and processes. You will lead EVOLVE’s data governance strategy to setup the business’ data for use in AI applications. 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify internal business problems where AI and automation can improve productivity and decision-making—starting with areas like product feedback extraction, process optimization, and internal knowledge access.

• Design and execute AI-powered solutions using tools like large language models, data connectors, and scripting logic.

• Build working prototypes and MVPs that demonstrate value quickly and iterate based on feedback.

• Connect and transform data from internal sources (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, product analytics tools) to power AI workflows.

• Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and ensure the AI solutions are usable, trustworthy, and aligned with business goals.

• Own the documentation and evaluation of your solutions, including KPIs and usage outcomes.

  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in a role that combines technical execution with business analysis - such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or a related position.

• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to solve real problems.

• Comfort working with APIs, unstructured data (e.g., emails, transcripts), and Microsoft-based data environments.

• Strong problem-solving instincts - you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and can turn a fuzzy problem into a working solution.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field

• Familiarity with process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, Make)

• SQL, Python, or scripting experience for light data transformation or orchestration

• Self-starting, execution-oriented mindset - you don't need a spec to get started, but you’ll ask great questions to refine one.
