About the Role:

As the Product Owner, you will facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team to create features that deliver meaningful outcomes for users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Backlog Management: Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business objectives.

• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA to validate that delivered features meet the defined acceptance criteria.

• Product Launch and Enablement: Partner with go-to-market teams to develop and execute effective product launch strategies, including training, documentation, and customer support readiness.

• Metrics & Insights: Monitor product performance and usage metrics to assist with prioritization and future enhancements.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance team processes, tools, and practices to drive efficiency and collaboration across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate to advanced Revit skills, scripting knowledge with tools like Dynamo or working with Revit macros is a plus (not required).

• 2-4+ years of experience as a VDC professional specifically focused on electrical construction and prefabrication methods.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable user stories.

• Previous use/knowledge of EVOLVE Electrical is preferred but not required.
