General Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team and focus on developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our EVOLVE Mechanical product. Ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others learn and grow. In this role, you will be responsible for creating effective training materials, leading training sessions, tracking key data to evaluate training success, and ensuring users are equipped with the knowledge they need to fully leverage our products. Additionally, you will gather valuable feedback from customers to enhance both our training programs and product features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess Training Needs: Evaluate training requirements for individuals and groups, tailoring programs to varying skill levels and needs.

• Create Training Materials: Develop teaching materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and videos to support learning.

• Deliver Training Sessions: Lead individual and group training sessions in-person, virtually, or through hybrid formats.

• Provide Ongoing Support: Track and address product support issues, offering solutions to users.

• Develop Custom Training: Create specialized training courses for unique customer needs.

• Track Data and Success: Analyze training feedback and data to assess effectiveness and improve materials.

• Stay Updated on Features: Keep current with Revit’s latest updates and new features.

• Customer Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from users to share with the product team and improve product functionality.

• Travel (if required): Travel occasionally for on-site training sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years Revit (MEP Construction focus)

• Knowledge of MEP Detailing, ITMs, RFAs, BIM coordination and various shop drawing deliverables

• Strong Communication Skills

• Approachability and Patience: A patient, friendly, and approachable demeanor, with a genuine passion for helping others learn and grow in their Revit knowledge.

• Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting and instructing in front of large groups, with the ability to engage and hold the attention of diverse audiences.

• Organizational and Administrative Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks, tracking progress, and handling administrative duties efficiently.

  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Revit-based training in an enterprise setting or for large organizations.

• Familiarity with creating or using online learning platforms for distance training

• Knowledge of the latest trends in Revit and BIM-related technologies.
