Field Marketing Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive EVOLVE’s brand presence, regional engagement, and demand generation efforts. This role will plan and execute field marketing initiatives—including tradeshows, regional events, EVOLVE-hosted programs, and co-branded customer activities—to support pipeline growth and strengthen industry relationships.

This position partners closely with Sales and Marketing and requires a highly organized, execution-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, experience running field events end-to-end, and a clear understanding of how local marketing tactics influence revenue.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute field events, tradeshows, conferences, EVOLVE-hosted events, partner events, and meetups.

  • Manage all logistics: booth materials, swag, shipping, vendor management, onsite setup/teardown, and event operations.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on pre-event outreach, onsite demo scheduling, customer meetings, and lead capture workflows.

  • Coordinate internal team events and company gatherings that enhance culture, communication, and engagement.

  • Maintain consistent, high-quality brand representation across all event assets and field marketing touchpoints.

  • Capture event documentation (photos, videos, notes) for content, social media, and sales enablement.

  • Track and report on event KPIs including leads, meetings, demos, engagement metrics, costs, and ROI.

  • Prepare post-event summaries with insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Maintain an up-to-date HubSpot event calendar, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up tasks.

  • Share field insights, customer feedback, and competitive intel with cross-functional teams to inform GTM strategy.

 

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or tradeshow execution.

  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end event logistics and onsite event operations.

  • Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple simultaneous events.

  • Experience collaborating with Sales and Marketing to drive pipeline and event ROI.

  • Ability to maintain consistent brand representation across all event touchpoints.

  • Experience capturing and organizing event documentation for marketing and sales use.

  • Proficiency tracking KPIs, reporting ROI, and building post-event performance summaries.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel to tradeshows, roadshows, and team events as needed.

    This position will report to the Director of Product Marketing.
