About the Role

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be the go-to person for helping new customers successfully adopt our shop software. This highly customer-facing role blends technical software implementation, user training, and industry consulting. Your first-hand knowledge of prefabrication operations will allow you to provide practical, actionable guidance to customers while also bringing valuable feedback to our product team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end software implementations for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Deliver engaging customer training sessions (onsite and virtual) tailored to roles ranging from shop floor staff to leadership.

Provide consulting and input on best practices for running and scaling prefabrication facilities, grounded in your real-world experience.

Partner closely with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and goals; configure solutions to meet their needs.

Act as the voice of the customer internally by relaying feedback, feature requests, and improvement opportunities to Product Management.

Document implementation processes, training materials, and customer success stories to build repeatable playbooks.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to continuously improve the customer journey.

Qualifications

Required: Hands-on experience operating or managing an electrical prefabrication facility.

Familiarity with digital tools, workflows, and processes used in construction prefabrication.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to train diverse audiences.

Comfort in customer-facing roles, including onboarding, training, or consulting.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to customer challenges and find practical solutions.

Ability to travel occasionally for onsite implementations and training.

Preferred:

Experience with software implementation, customer success, or technical consulting.

Understanding of MEP construction workflows beyond prefabrication (design, detailing, field installation).

Prior involvement in evaluating or deploying technology solutions in a prefabrication or construction environment.
