About the Product

EVOLVE Shop is built for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) contractors to optimize and track prefab production activities and improve VDC to shop workflows.

About the Role

As the Product Manager, you will serve as the bridge between stakeholders and the development teams, ensuring that the software meets user needs and delivers on business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear vision for EVOLVE Shop that aligns with company objectives and customer needs, setting the strategic direction for the product.

  • Roadmap Development: Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, balancing long-term vision with short-term execution priorities to deliver measurable business value.

  • Requirement Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Sprint Planning: Lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring development teams have a clear understanding of priorities and deliverables.

  • Backlog Management: Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business objectives.

  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA to validate that delivered features meet the defined acceptance criteria.

  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry advancements to maintain EVOLVE Shop’s competitive edge.

  • Product Launch & Enablement: Partner with go-to-market teams to develop and execute effective product launch strategies, including training, documentation, and customer support readiness.

  • Metrics & Insights: Monitor product performance and usage metrics to inform prioritization and future iterations.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance team processes, tools, and practices to drive efficiency and collaboration across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner or in a similar role within a SaaS environment.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable user stories.

  • Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design.

  • Passion for delivering impactful software solutions.

  • Interest in construction technology and MEP prefabrication workflows.
