360 Sync version 4.4.0 Release Notes:

New Features:

• NEW CONNECTION: Copy files & folders to/from Trimble ProjectSight

• NEW FUNCTIONALITY: Select a Template project in ACC or Procore to base your permissions, functionality when using the Project Migration tool

• NEW FUNCTIONALITY (BETA): Copy Prime Contract data between ACC & Procore

Enhancements:

• Procore to ACC Submittals – the “created by” or “responded by” metadata is now transferred & placed into the Description, Question, or Answer field of the ACC or Submittal

• Procore to ACC RFIs – the “created by,” “answered by,” metadata is now transferred & placed into the Description, Question, or Answer field of the ACC RFI

• RFI Activity Log data is now transferred between Procore & ACC

• Project Migration: Automate Scheduling when creating a project or several projects in the Project Migration tool

Issues Addressed:

• Fixed a bug with SharePoint where if a project had a large amount of folders in the Root folder, 360 Sync would fail

• Fixed a bug that prevented users from downloading all Drawing Areas from Procore to Windows

• Fixed a bug when copying Procore RFIs to ACC, RFIs would duplicate

• Added Fractions to the Restricted Character list that 360 Sync fixes

• Fixed a bug where if RFIs or Submittal titles changed, then a new RFI or Submittal was created. Now 360 Sync will just rename the existing RFI or Submittal

• Fixed a bug when copying Drawings between Procore & ACC & a new version wouldn’t sync when the files or metadata was updated

• Fixed a bug where the status of a sync would incorrectly change after a time

• Fixed a bug where users were incorrectly getting a Character Limit error when syncing files to or from Windows

• ASITE: Fixed a bug where Asite would load extremely slow or not at all

• Fixed a bug where Photos with consecutive spaces in the name would not sync

• Fixed a bug where files, folders, projects with trailing spaces in the name would fail to sync

• Fixed a bug where syncs with a partial success would not send failure emails

• Fixed a bug where Submittals with no Submittal Number would not transfer from Procore

• Fixed a bug when copying RFIs from ACC to Windows, the folder would accidentally save incorrectly
