New Features:

  • Cost Management – New Project Kind that allows users to copy Prime & Main Contract data between Autodesk & Procore

  • Schedule or reschedule any/all projects at once

  • Copy Archived Projects from Procore to Autodesk & more

  • Created a SharePoint Multi-Tenant app for easier SharePoint connection setup

  • Drawings & Sheet Set data is now copied with all Drawings or Sheets (dates, tags, etc.)

  • Added ability to archive Log files when 360 Sync projects are archived

Enhancements:

  • Copy User Data, Company Data & Cost Management Data all at once

  • Improved the Viewpoint 4 Projects login method to allow for PINs

  • Added project search bar for Issue Management tool

  • Added a status to the mapping page so that a user could confirm whether the previous sync was successful on the Project Mapping page

  • Added in error handling with Trimble ProjectSight when files >5GB are uploaded

  • All references of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) are now changed to Autodesk Forma

  • RFIs & Submittals: Ball in Court data & Attachments are now housed in the response instead of just the Activity Log

  • Added ability to sort RFIs & Submittal by Ball in Court, Response & Date modified

  • RFIs & Submittals: If the Ball In Court user exists in Procore and Autodesk projects , it will be copied into the corresponding project. Otherwise, it will be copied into the description to prevent data loss.

  • RFIs & Submittals: the “Closed – Draft” status in Procore now maps to “Closed” in Autodesk

  • In Progress Projects with RFIs & Submittals: User can choose to copy RFIs or Submittals that have been created or edited after a certain data

  • Added an icon that lets users know what projects have already been migrated using the Project Migration Tool

  • Added ability to select all unmigrated projects when using the Project Migration tool

  • Added ability to further customize how many logs are saved in the 360 Sync User Interface

Issues Addressed:

  • Fixed a bug where 360 Sync would load slowly or folders would cause a “Working” message to appear

  • Fixed a bug between Procore & SharePoint where an RFI wouldn’t copy correctly

  • Fixed a bug between Procore & SharePoint where the Submittal name did not include the

Submittal Number or Spec Number:

  • Fixed a bug where 11 or more projects wouldn’t create when using the Project Migration tool

  • Fixed a bug when copying RFIs from Procore to Autodesk when RFIs shared the same name

  • Fixed a bug where Drawings or Sheets set data wouldn’t save in the mapping view
